Let us directly get to the point today. How much time do you give to your body? To be precise, How much time in a day you do Yoga/ Meditation/ Gym/ Walk? I hope the answer is least Half an Hour. Coz if it is not, you not doing it right. Our body is a temple and we should worship it. I believe any sort of work out is not to gain or lose weight but to be fit. And by fit I mean not only physical but mental too. A little motivation is what one needs to hit it. And trust me even I am guilty of not giving half an hour for same. I do it when I feel like it and quit when bored. My excuses are mostly lame but I always find enough motivation to start again.
Let me tell you something about my body type. I am slim with BMI 18.5. Some consider it towards the low side of healthy body but for people who are slim like me, it is Healthy. Many of my friends ask me why do I workout as I am slim and I do not need to lose weight. And my answer is always same, To Stay Fit. I love Core Workouts. But I try to do weights also. As I need to be Fit and Strong too. Recently I started doing Crossfit which is fabulous. All the WOD’s are killer and designed perfectly to stay fit and increase strength.

While working out my major concerns are if I am hydrated well and if my work wears are comfortable. Anything that is uncomfortable just makes the workouts tough. While working out you do not want a non stretchable legging or uncomfortable top. Recently I found K-Deer brand that has some real good and chic workout wears. I love how flattering full coverage they give. While working out it keeps you dry and cool . I am loving the quality of the legging and sports bra that I ordered. I love working out and I do everyday for about 30-45 minutes. It is great to stay fit. We are giving our body great favor by doing so. I love your legging and top. What a color choice. Plus you have great body to begin with 🙂
