HAPPY NEW YEAR

Super Excited I am to enter this year. 2017 was pretty much eventful for me. Job change, House Moving, Turning 30, First Surgery, Euro Trip and so much more. Been 3 months that I have blogged on anything. I can not express in words how much I missed it. My surgery followed by moving to new house took pretty much all of our time. Super Busy months they were. Now we have shifted and I am in all perfect health. So why not hit 2018 with some fabulous posts. Hope you all are excited about this year coz I am for sure super excited.

I would love to talk about What I Wore to my Housewarming party. The story behind picking my dress is so long. I knew I wanted to wear an evening gown but I did not want it to be blingy or too heavy to handle. To tell you gals, I had bought and tried so many dresses that I was going hopeless. But then I saw Betsy & Adam’s  Cutest Gown ever. I loved the Burgundy color. Satin touch was so smooth. Fit was freaking fabulous. I loved how perfect was the high – low look of the dress. The V-neckline made me look taller (and chic!). I do not try much of V necklines but I think I should try more of same. One fix that I had to do here was length alteration. The back length of the gown was floor touching. It looked really pretty but I knew it will get all messed up in the party. So chopped from back maintaining the high – low look. I did not want to wear heavy accessories. Simple pendant necklace and a wrist watch with INC Kaeley T-Strap Pumps. I loved creating this look for my party.
